Ella delivers imagination and a creation experience to small, big, and large creative professionals and independent creators across the south of England, through a variety of digital fabrication tools and maker machines, CAD software, and over a decade of experience working in technical theatre.
I’m Ella, a costume designer based in Plymouth with an interest in prop making and special effects makeup.
My background is in lighting design and operation for small, local performance companies and the touring company Le Navet Bete.
I pursued an extended level 3 diploma in live production arts, focusing on lighting in theatre. Currently, I am a year 3 student working towards a Bachelor of Arts in costume production at Arts University Plymouth, with a view to making props for theatre productions, with a preference for horror themes, which ties in with my interest in horror film practical effects.
